Pre-construction Roger Hannah & Co provided procurement strategy advice, and prepared the pre-construction phase health and safety plan and drafted the Construction Contracts. During the construction phase Roger Hannah & Co is providing contract administration and works monitoring services.

The Tenants occupied business premises at Trafford Park under an FRI Lease. The landlord’s original claim amounted to almost £70,000.00 and Roger Hannah & Co successfully negotiated a settlement of just over £20,000.00.
