Instructing on behalf of Marnshaw Limited, Roger Harrison CEO of Ensor Holdings Plc instructed Roger Hannah & Co to act as Employers Agent, CDM Co-ordinator and Contract Administrator in connection with the multi-million refurbishment and extension of a former distribution warehouse / cold store, located in the heart of Roundthorn Industrial Estate, Wythenshawe in Manchester.

Pre-construction Roger Hannah & Co provided procurement strategy advice, and prepared the pre-construction phase health and safety plan and drafted the Construction Contracts. During the construction phase Roger Hannah & Co is providing contract administration and works monitoring services.
