Advice on £850,000 Northern Quarter Deal

Roger Hannah advised a private investor client on an off-market sale of a mixed-use scheme on the edge of the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. The deal worth £850,000 was acquired by urban regeneration company Watch This Space.

The building at 58-60 Shudehill comprises 8,500sq ft offices and restaurant on the ground floor and a 1,000sq ft plot of land to the side. The offices on the top floor are occupied by short term tenancies.
