Acting on behalf of retained clients the Landlord and Tenant department at Roger Hannah have secured a new 10 year lease for a Nationally based operator on premises in Cambridgeshire consisting of a 7,500 sqft workshop set within a site in excess of 10 acres for a repair and recycling facility in a rural location close to the main A1(M) affording easy access and links to the national road network.

Roger Hannah advised the client throughout the process dealing with the statutory notices and negotiations for more favourable lease terms in addition to securing a reduction of over £22,000 per annum in the Landlords asking rental.
