Neil is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the commercial, residential and education sectors.
Neil is a Board Director and is head of the building consultancy team whilst also having overall leadership responsibility for the property management team.
Initially beginning his career in 1999 as a graduate surveyor at Roger Hannah, he then left to further enhance his exposure to international workstreams with a multi-disciplinary company head office based in London, where he became the head of building surveying for the North of England and Scotland.
Neil rejoined Roger Hannah in 2015 and has been instrumental in the growth of the department to become one of the largest and most experienced in the northwest, whilst also expanding to be a truly national team operating throughout the UK.

Interests
In his downtime Neil loves nothing more than spending quality time with his family including taking long walks with their three dogs. Neil also enjoys horse racing and sport in general, playing golf as a member of his local golf club and is a season ticket holder at Old Trafford attending all home games.
