Roger Hannah have appointed Matthew Mears as our new Director of Property Management with effect from January 2021. Matthew replaces Paul Partington.
Matthew joins Roger Hannah after a 12-month career break, cycling from the UK to the Far East. Previously, Matthew was a Director of Property Management at Avison Young.
Commenting on the appointment, Simon Cook, Managing Director of Roger Hannah, said, ‘we are delighted to appoint someone with the depth of experience and calibre as Matthew. We very much believe that Matthew will be able to develop our management business significantly. As a business, we manage commercial property across the north-west and we are very much looking to further expand our management service.’
Roger Hannah currently manages over 200 properties with more than 1,000 tenants and total annual collections of £16 million per year.
