Life’s better upside down in Aldow Enterprise Park

Roger Hannah is pleased to announce the letting of Unit A at Aldow Enterprise Park, Manchester, on behalf of their private client, Mr. David Seed. The unit situated at the end of the Mancunian Way, inside the ring road, and close to Piccadilly Train Station comprised 7,613 sq ft of warehouse and office premises and was let on a new 5-year lease to high-flying aerial dance company Cloud Aerial Arts. The rent achieved equated to £6.50 psf.

Cloud Aerial Arts, who have classes running every day and believe ‘Life is Better Upside Down’ have studios in Ancoats of Manchester, Stockport Centre, and Burnley in Lancashire, and their classes include: acrobalance, pole dancing, rope, straps, stretching, hula hoops, aerial yoga, silks, gymnastics, and not forgetting Mum & Baby Aerial.
