The facility, which has been extensively refurbished, including a new roof and new LED lighting, has been let to JG Fulfilment Limited on a new 10-year lease. The unit, comprising 44,000 sq ft, is situated on the popular Greenbank Industrial Estate in Hindley, Wigan, which is also home to Screwfix and Aldi. The unit was let within a month of the former tenant vacating.
