After an extensive rebuild and refurbishment programme on behalf of Hargest Limited, Roger Hannah has let 5,725 sq ft of trade counter accommodation to Screwfix Direct Limited on a new 10-year lease.
Screwfix will join the likes of Rinus Roofing Supplies and Aldi at Greenbank Industrial Park, Hindley, near Wigan. This letting now means that the industrial/trade element of the scheme is fully let, with only the office element remaining.
