Roger Hannah & Company are pleased to report the introduction of a new use to their longstanding flagship regeneration property management project at Houldsworth Mill.
The existing mixed use development now includes The Heaton Moor Evangelical Church.
The new letting to the Church from June 2015 followed a scheme design for a purpose built conversion which involved planning, listed building and building regulation applications, together with project management of the conversion process, all implemented by Roger Hannah & Company, acting for both the owners and the Church jointly. The conversion was delivered to budget, on time and to the highest standard. It is now home to a congregation of over 150 church members!
Houldsworth Mill is now one of the most diverse mixed use buildings in the North of England.
