Roger Hannah was instructed by the landlord of the above property to implement refurbishment works to the property which included installation of Unisex accessible toilets, refurbishment of common areas, resurfacing of the car park and roof repairs.
Involved from inception through to completion our role included the preparation of a detailed specification, submission of a building regulation application, preparation of tender documentation, Contract Administration and monitoring of the works through to completion. Contract sum: £128,115.00 (exclusive of VAT). Contractor: Contract Services R & R Limited.
