Our client was served with a Planning Contravention Notice by Bury Metropolitan Council that related to three external storage containers positioned within the rear yard of the retail property, which were all provided without Planning Permission.
Roger Hannah & Co. worked closely with the local authority planning officers and our client in order to determine a suitable exit strategy, and our surveyors submitted an application to the local authority for a certificate of Lawfulness for the remaining two containers that were needed in order for the retail business to continue to operate.
