Angela Juszczyk

Angela specialises in development consultancy and compulsory purchase. She advises private landowners, individuals and public bodies on major regeneration and infrastructure schemes. This includes providing acquisition and strategic development advice and advising on the use of compulsory purchase powers. She works as part of a multi-functional team in the progression of proposed development schemes and ensuring the delivery of such by managing resources and undertaking site assembly.

Angela provides development consultancy advice in relation to complex matters such as ransom strips and option agreements. She is regularly involved in intricate negotiations where her focus is on identifying commercially deliverable solutions to meet the objectives of clients and potential development partners. She also regularly provides expert evidence for use in High Court proceedings, mediations, public inquiries and tribunals.

As part of her Board role, she is actively involved in helping to shape business strategy and vision. She is a people champion, ensuring the business maintains highest client standards, whilst also seeking new opportunities for development and growth.

Interests

Away from the office, Angela enjoys pulling on her hiking boots or trainers and getting out into the great outdoors. She also loves to travel, exploring new places and immersing herself in other cultures.
