Andy is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 40 years’ experience across a variety of sectors in financial management, strategy and business operations.
Having qualified with EY, Andy spent 8 years at Greenall’s (De Vere) pub and drinks group, supporting their supply chain in the exit from brewing and growth to the number 1 pub company in the UK at the time. He developed commercial contracts, and developed financial and IT systems to support this successful transformation. He was latterly responsible for the operational service and profit delivery of the logistics and engineering divisions.
He subsequently joined Scottish and Newcastle plc, firstly as a Logistics Service Director, developing and integrating supply chain solutions for pub companies and extracting commercial opportunities for the Group. He later became Finance Director responsible for the restructure and commercial development of the technical engineering division. He then spent 4 years with the CSM Group integrating their UK bakery business following acquisition from Unilever, restructuring the operations, developing financial and IT systems, and integrating acquisitions. Before joining Roger Hannah, he then spent 2 years as Group Finance Director at Halewood International drinks group.
At Roger Hannah, he is responsible for the Finance, HR and IT functions and overseer of operational and risk management processes of the Company. He is also responsible for the financial governance of client money.

Interests
Despite doing a ‘desk job’, Andy loves the outdoors including walking, gardening and playing tennis. He loves football and rugby (watching) and spreads his football support across three lower league clubs.
