Managing Director
Simon has acted on many major developments and compulsory purchase schemes across the north west and nationwide including: – Liverpool One, London Olympics, Brent Cross redevelopment, Mersey Gateway and Crossrail. He is also the managing director of the Business.
Angela Juszczyk
Director
As a Compulsory Purchase specialist Angela is experienced in acting on behalf of both claimants and acquiring authorities in transport, infrastructure and regeneration schemes. Angela advises on all aspects of a claim from assessing market value, preparing budgets/claim documents to negotiating compensation.
Jonathan Harrison
Director
Jonathan heads a team of RICS Registered Valuers who specialise in undertaking valuations of both commercial and residential property for a variety of purposes including loan security, strategic management and taxation. In addition, we also undertake Expert Witness instructions for litigation purposes.
Neil O’Brien
Director
Neil is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and as the Head of Building Consultancy he ensures high quality delivery with a positive outlook at all times. Neil Provides over 20 years commercial and residential experience working throughout the UK and Europe.
Tom Shepherd
Director
Tom specialises in providing acquisition, disposal and consultancy advice relating to land for development purposes. His experience extends across a full spectrum of sites from less than one acre through to 20 plus acres. He advises a range of clients including local authorities, national house builders and individuals affected by development. Tom has over 10 years’ experience working in real estate investment advisory, specialising in development funding transactions across a range of sectors including distribution, student housing, hotels and aviation.
Andrew Sutcliffe
Head of Property Management | Director
Andrew is a MRICS qualified commercial property manager, who joined us in 2024 as our Head of Property Management. Andrew has extensive experience managing properties, with his former employers being Carter Towler, Workman & MAPP. In his previous roles, Andrew had the responsibility of overseeing the instructions of important clients ranging from PropCo’s to Intuitional Investors & Pension Funds, as well as high net worth individuals throughout the UK. Andrew has the knowledge and experience to build a team to provide a first class property management service to our client’s and their occupiers and understands a client’s needs when transitioning in or out, an asset or a portfolio. Andrew understands the complexities of service charge budgeting and reconciliations, and will be a great resource to all of our clients moving forward. Out side of work you will find Andrew playing cricket for Todmorden CC 1st XI where he was skipper for 10 years or he would be spending time with his wife and two small childre
Julien Kenny-Levick

Julien has over 20 years experience in the Industrial Property Sector in the North West advising client’s including Asda, Lidl and Gazeley. Acting for both Landlords and Tenants. Julien prides himself on his dedication to ensuring the best possible outcomes when either disposing or acquiring property interests.
Laura Mackay
Director
Laura heads up Development Consultancy within the Development team, regularly advising major housebuilders, registered providers, property companies, landowners, and public sector clients. She provides a full scope of specialist services including market advice, viability in planning, contract price negotiations, options appraisals, strategic development advice and Expert Witness. Her expertise ranges from suburban housing schemes to high density mixed-use city centre developments.
Mark Keirl
Director
Mark has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of Commercial Property and Management, in that time he has acted for a wide range of Private and Major Investment clients enabling them to effectively manage their property assets through proactive and effective delivery. Mark specialises in lease renewal and rent reviews work, Rating Appeals and all aspects of Landlord & Tenant works including dispute resolution expert witness and 3rd party submissions, attending at Valuation Tribunal and Court.
Paul Lowe
Director
Paul has over 18 years’ experience in the property industry, beginning in residential estate agency with a major national firm including the management of branches in Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Paul’s experience was gained in General Practice, advising on a variety of matters but at Roger Hannah he specialises in providing valuation advice on both residential and commercial property. He has extensive experience in undertaking valuation work for secured lending purposes, Charities Act, taxation, matrimonial, accounts, leasehold enfranchisement, acquisition and pension fund purposes.
Steve Smith
Director
Steve has 10 years of viability consultancy experience, having previously worked in valuation and commercial agency. Steve’s work includes: site specific viability assessments of housing schemes and city centre apartment developments for negotiation of affordable housing and other S106 planning obligations; options appraisals; technical advice relating to local authority viability consultations; and review of viability assessments submitted to local authorities.
Steven Whittle

As an experienced Chartered Surveyor Steven heads up the Building Consultancy Team alongside Neil; and has a breadth of experience across various sectors focusing on commercial and educational work, including Project Management, Dilapidations, Building Surveys, PPMs and associated Design work.
James Rowcroft
Associate Director
Having graduated from The University of Salford in 2002 and obtaining Chartered status in 2006, James offers a wide range of experience. He has worked in the commercial, education, health care, residential and utilities sectors, providing services which include dilapidation advice; due diligence; condition and pathology reports; reinstatement cost assessments; Party Wall Surveyor; PPM’s. In addition to professional survey work James has extensive experience providing Contract Administrator services.
Joe Wilkinson
Associate Director
Joe is a Chartered Surveyor with six years of experience in all commercial property matters including the asset management of a range of portfolios and asset classes across the UK. In that time, he has acted on the behalf of both landlords and tenants advising them how to get the best out of their portfolio or property dependent on their business objectives. Joe now specialises in all Landlord and Tenant work advising clients on Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and Regears.
Mike Woods
Head of Facilities | Associate Director
Mike has been employed in Property Management & Facilities since 1988. Mike has worked as a Facilities Manager delivering a full range of services for the Health & Safety Executive at their NW offices and for an industrial landlord managing a large portfolio in Trafford Park. For the last six years Mike has worked on a varied portfolio including, large residential, retail, industrial & city centre office accommodation.
Nicola Russell-Smith
Head of Property Finance | Associate Director
Nicola has been employed in the property industry since 2004 and heads up the Property Finance Team at Roger Hannah. During this time, Nicola has worked in the accounts environment for a collection of clients with different structures, from large corporate bodies to individuals, together with a variety of properties such as shopping centres and Industrial units, to offices and residential flats. Nicola’s experience includes monthly client reporting, CIS and VAT returns, resolution of complex queries and calculating a daily priced index fund.
Tom McDonald
Associate Director
Tom has over 4 years experience working within development consultancy, both for national and regional firms in the North West. This has involved providing development related advice for both the public and private sectors across a full spectrum of sites, from one off residential developments to supporting a successful funding bid for a development of up to 10,000 homes. Tom will be working in the Land and Development department providing acquisition, disposal and consultancy advice.

Claire has been a Surveyor at Roger Hannah for over 5 years. After starting her career within the Lease Advisory department at Roger Hannah, Claire is now based within the Development and Compulsory Purchase department, providing strategic property advice to a range of clients.
Ellen Roberts
Facilities & Business Manager
I have worked in the Property Industry for 15 years – mainly covering multi let Offices & Industrial estates in the North West region. Starting at Regus as a Receptionist and working my way up to a Management position, including 5 years at Bizspace. Over these years I have gained experience in Property Management & Tenant liaison. I strongly believe in an open and honest relationship with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors to ensure transparency and a smooth customer journey. After recently joining Roger Hannah in July 2023 as Facilities & Business Manager, I am excited for this next step in my career and how my skills and experience will assist the Property Management Team moving forward.
Jessica Mistry
Senior Surveyor
Jessica is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 5 years’ experience working within development consultancy, regularly advising both public and private sector clients. Her scope of services includes site specific financial viability assessments, feasibility Studies, master planning and regeneration, valuation, and local plan viability testing. Jessica has worked across the residential and commercial sectors analysing data and consulting with agents and stakeholders. Jessica is also experienced in using specialist development appraisal software Argus Developer, and bespoke financial appraisals using Microsoft Excel.
Kat Svarups
Facilities Manager
Kat has worked in the property industry for 12 years and has experience with both residential and commercial property management. In 2015 she received her NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3. Since joining Roger Hannah in 2016, she has received further qualifications including the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) and PRINCE2 Foundation in Project Management. Kat is the Facilities Manager for the South Manchester portfolio and her role involves regular site visits, ensuring sites are compliant with health & safety, managing service contracts, utility management and maintenance.
Robyn Egan
Property Management Agent
With almost 6 years’ experience working in the Property industry, Robyn has worked her way up from Office Assistant to Property Management Agent. Robyn has overseen the lettings of our Managed Property portfolio and deals with our Commercial properties across the North West. Her role involves taking on a premises once vacant, ensuring the necessary works are completed to be in a position to market and then also sourcing the new tenant. This allows her to deal with the entire process from start to finish.
Andre Djanfada
Surveyor
Andre completed his Masters degree in Real Estate and Property Management at Salford University. Since then he gained experience in both the public and private sectors, dealing with valuations of a wide range of commercial properties. Andre is now working within the Rating and Lease advisory team whilst working towards completing his Assessment of Professional Competence to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Andrew Kerr
Surveyor
Andrew is responsible for the Investment department, overseeing the day to day running of the team whilst providing strategic acquisition and disposal advice to clients including UK wide property companies, private investors, REIT’s and funds & institutions. Further to this, Andrew assists in the commercial auction team, advising corporate asset managers, receivers, local authorities and banks on their disposal strategy.
Isabel Perez
Surveyor
Isabel joined Roger Hannah in January 2024 following her time working for an SME housebuilder within the Land and Planning department. She now works in the Land and Development department providing acquisition, disposal and consultancy advice. Her role involves advising a range of clients including private and national housebuilders, developers and landowners. Isabel is also working towards completing her APC to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Joe Hand

Joe joined Roger Hannah in August 2022, having graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. Having gained experience in ‘all things commercial’, Joe will be assisting the management team in overseeing key client assets. Joe is now working towards completing his APC to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Dan Rodgers

With 10 years’ experience in commercial property with a particular focus on office, industrial and retail, Dan has excellent knowledge of the local markets and occupiers within Manchester, Cheshire and the North West as a whole. Dan advises on all matters of disposal and acquisition for clients including Magnus, M-Seven, Property Alliance Group, Emsix Holdings, Hurstwoods, MCR, Aggmore, Tameside Council and Cheshire East Council.
Amy Broadbent

Amy has over 12 years of property experience mainly covering sales and auctions within residential properties. Over the years, Amy has progressed to a Management position and after recently joining the auction team as their valuer in January 2024, Amy is keen to grow within the department.
Mike King
Consultant
Mike has nearly 40 years valuation experience covering a broad range of commercial and residential property assets. Mike also has extensive experience preparing and presenting expert witness evidence in litigation matters, and in all aspects of compulsory purchase and compensation. Mike is an RICS Registered Valuer, Expert Witness and Evaluative Mediator, and is accredited the prestigious Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.
Cerrie Taylor
Facilities Coordinator
Cerrie joined the team in 2019 and has worked within the property industry for 5 years covering residential and commercial tenancy management. A part of Cerrie’s current role involves dealing with residential lettings, working closely with external agencies to source ideal tenants for vacant properties and ensuring our tenants settle into their new homes successfully. Prior to starting with us, Cerrie worked in the social housing sector of a local authority where she managed new and existing tenants.

Mia has worked in the property industry since 2019 and has dealt with a range of residential and commercial properties. As a highly motivated individual with a Master’s Degree in Law and fluency in multiple languages, Mia brings a unique perspective to the dynamic field of Property Finance. Mia has developed the skills needed to successfully navigate the complexities of client accounting and is dedicated to delivering excellent results.

Natasha has a wealth of knowledge in sales and purchase ledger, more specifically in Construction, Outdoor Advertising, Manufacturing / Import / Logistics / Sales-(Grocery) having worked on projects such as the calculations on plastics tax and identifying cost savings and efficiencies/streamlining processes within her previous roles.
Sally Brackenridge

I have worked for over 30 years in various accounting roles with experience within the finance, manufacturing and property/construction sectors. Since 2011, I have worked as a Client Accountant in the Property Management Departments of both national and regional Chartered Surveyors. My responsibilities involve administering the financial side of the properties under management including raising charges on tenants accounts, paying rental income over to our clients and being their first point of contact should they have any queries.
Lynn Wood
Credit Controller
Lynn has worked as a Credit Manager since 1996 for both in house Landlords and Managing Agents in the Property Management Industry, dealing with commercial and residential rent collections on behalf of a wide range of clients from Blue Chip corporations to independent family run businesses. Lynn covers a multitude of Credit Control Facilities which include, Enforcement Agent Collection, Solicitor and County Court Action keeping abreast of changes on legislation such as CRAR. Lynn has been very successful in the collection of commercial and residential rents during challenging times for Landlords, regularly collecting over £2M a month.
Michelle Barlow
Credit Controller
Michelle has over 25 years’ experience within Credit Control & Debt Collection in various industry sectors. Starting in a temporary position then progressing through the years which included a period of over 7 years as a Credit Manager in the Property sector. This is where she dealt with a mixture of Commercial & Residential tenants, with assets of more than 500M. Michelle has also spent several years in a senior role with one of the UK’s leading Barristers Chambers. Her proven track record in collections speaks volumes consistently achieving targets & bringing in numerous bad debt payments using various methods showing she is tenacious & determined with a willingness to succeed. She has experience in implementing & developing new systems & processes & building successful teams. She has a strong focus on developing relationships with clients & her colleagues.
Lee Forrestal

Lee has a wealth and breadth of knowledge having over 30 years’ experience in end to end accounts payable, across a variety of sectors including building, retail, manufacturing and financial services. Originally from London, Lee has been in Manchester for over 10 years.
Dawn Davenport
Facilities Administrator
Dawn has worked in Property Management for 15 years starting out dealing with tenant queries, at No 1 Deansgate and Beetham Tower, Manchester. Dawn joined Roger Hannah in 2019 and works closely with the property managers, clients and tenants providing complete administration and proactive support whilst being the focal point for all tenant reported defects the may occur across the manged portfolio along with ensuring all jobs are completed in line with the agreed service level agreements.
Maxine Miller

Maxine brings with her over 20 years’ commercial property industry experience gained from working in a variety of roles, supporting Commercial Property Consultants within Central Manchester. Maxine works alongside both Dan and Julien assisting on all agency administrative matters.
