Roger Hannah & Co. is proud to announce that Kirsten MacArthur has been promoted to the position of Facilities Team Leader.
This role consolidates the functions of facilities, health and safety, and business support for our property management functions.
Commenting on the appointment, Andy Clifford, Finance and Operations Director, said, “Kirsten has been with Roger Hannah & Co. since Nov 2013 and has demonstrated strong technical knowledge together with supportive team leadership and coaching skills. She is NEBOSH-trained and has made significant improvements to our compliance and facilities systems. We manage over 200 properties with over 1000 tenants and £12 million in rent collection, so strong governance and efficient systems are critical.
