Once again the October auction heralded some fine results on behalf or private and corporate clients, notably:

Wellington Street, Gorton, Manchester – Guide £50,000 – £60,000 – sold for £74,000

Emlyn Street, Newport, Gwent – Guide NIL – Sold for £17,000
