Stephen Lashmar joins Roger Hannah’s CPO and Valuation Team

Senior Surveyor, Stephen Lashmar MRICS, joins Roger Hannah’s CPO Team from Keppie Massie, having considerable experience in acting for both acquiring authorities and individuals affected by CPOs. Roger Hannah provides a dedicated and efficient service, acting for clients nationwide. Stephen will also be working with the Valuation Department where he will be bringing his expertise to all aspects of valuation.

Stephen joins from Keppie Massie where he was head of their Manchester office and specialising in compulsory purchase advice to both the public sector and developers on complex compulsory purchase schemes.
