Roger Hannah expands in Manchester

Roger Hannah Chartered Surveyors have expanded their Manchester operations by signing to lease 9538 sq ft of office accommodation in Century Buildings, St Mary’s Parsonage, Manchester.

The practice is consolidating its Stockport office into Manchester City Centre and expanding its Manchester office to create a single office covering the north west region and beyond.

Commenting on the move, Director Simon Cook, ‘the move is perhaps the most significant development in the history of the practice as we expand to provide a significant Manchester office for our 35 staff with room for further growth. We are a regional practice with an in depth understanding of the north west market and well positioned to take advantage of the improvement in the market’

Century Buildings has been let by Hannahs from Property Alliance Group for a 10 year term.
