Acting on behalf of the owners of a large derelict mill building in Manchester, Roger Hannah & Co has successfully appealed its rateable value; reducing it down to £0 backdated to April 2010.

In what has become an extremely complex area of Rating Law and on the back of recent cases going against landlords and developers, our team successfully argued this case and won on appeal, ultimately saving the client in excess of £350,000 in payments.
