The June Roger Hannah auction results have been released, with more than £5 million of property sold so far.
Highlights of the commercial auction included the sale of Hill Stores, a multi-tenanted, landmark Grade II-listed former co-op building in Oldham, which sold to an investor for £495,000.
On behalf of Council Clients, Ash Road Depot, Droylsden, sold for £360,000 to an owner occupier.
