Roger Hannah advised a private investor client on an off-market sale of a mixed-use scheme on the edge of the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. The deal worth £850,000 was acquired by urban regeneration company Watch This Space.
The building at 58-60 Shudehill comprises 8,500 sq ft of offices, a restaurant on the ground floor, and a 1,000 sq ft plot of land to the side. Short-term tenants are occupying the offices on the top floor.
